Dayton Revises Minnesota Budget Proposal

Gov. Mark Dayton has dropped his controversial sales tax on business services after enduring strong critisism. Opponents of the tax said  that it would take jobs away from Minnesota. He has instead focused on an increase in income tax for the wealthiest 2% of Minnesotans, and is considering an increase in tobacco tax.
